Pilot service terms

Pilot access

AI Buddy is currently invitation-only. These public terms describe the service but do not by themselves create a paid engagement. A company may use real workflows only after both parties approve a written pilot scope covering authorized users, skills, inputs, outputs, retention, pricing, limits, and support.

Authorized use

• Use only the company workspace and skills assigned to your account.
• Do not attempt to bypass access, usage, upload, execution, or company-boundary controls.
• Do not submit unlawful material, malware, credentials, export-controlled data, or regulated information that the approved pilot scope does not permit.
• Keep account credentials and second factors private and report suspected compromise promptly.

Outputs and human review

AI Buddy returns structured work for authorized business review. Outputs may contain errors or incomplete external evidence and must not be treated as legal, medical, safety-critical, or regulated professional advice. The company remains responsible for decisions and for approving any action based on an output.

Charges

No charge is created unless a written pilot scope establishes pricing and billing is enabled for that company. Failed internal attempts are not automatically billable. Usage limits and billable decisions remain traceable to a run record.

Confidentiality and ownership

Each party retains its pre-existing intellectual property. The company retains its submitted data and business-specific outputs. AI Buddy retains its platform, controls, general skill framework, and non-client-specific know-how. Confidential information may be used only to deliver, secure, and support the approved pilot.

Suspension and availability

We may pause access to protect a company, investigate abuse, enforce limits, perform maintenance, or respond to legal requirements. Pilot availability is not guaranteed by these public terms; service levels, warranties, liability limits, and termination terms belong in the signed pilot agreement.
